Initially, the tmT will be located in Grisolles, some 30 km from Toulouse, where the operator currently has industrial premises, outdoor container storage facilities and appropriate means of handling to deal with this type of port traffics. With an eye on the future, the promotion body has reserved a 13 Ha plot at Eurocentre, with the possibility of a rail connection.

The permanent presence of the port of Barcelona in Toulouse will make it possible to bring the more than 300 regular shipping lines which stop in Barcelona closer to the region connecting it with almost all the economic areas of the world.

Within this broad offer, special attention should be given to maritime services with the Mediterranean, South America and the markets of the Far East route, areas in which Barcelona is specially competitive in frequency and transit time, which means better service and lower overall costs.
